newLife Biosciences

Text Message Terms

1. The program

newLife Biosciences ("newLife Bio", "we") runs an internal operations system at mynewlifebio.com for its employees and other authorized users. People who must use two-step sign-in can choose to receive their one-time sign-in codes by text message. People can also choose to reset a forgotten password with a code sent by text. This program sends only those one-time codes.

2. How you sign up

On the newLife Bio sign-in page, after entering your username and password, you choose "Text me a code", enter your own mobile number, tick the box agreeing to receive codes by text and select Continue. That is your consent to receive sign-in codes at that number. Texting is optional: an authenticator app (and, where offered, email codes) works instead, and consent is not a condition of employment or of using the system.

3. What you will receive and how often

A one-time code each time you sign in, confirm your number or reset your password by text, for example: "newLife Bio: your sign-in code is 123456. Reply STOP to opt out." or "newLife Bio: your verification code is 123456. Reply STOP to opt out." Message frequency varies with how often you sign in, typically a few messages a week. We never send promotional or marketing messages through this program.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. newLife Bio does not charge for these messages.

5. Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from this program. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. Because you then cannot receive codes by text, ask your system administrator to reset your two-step sign-in so you can choose an authenticator app or email codes instead. To start receiving texts again, contact your system administrator.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact your manager or the newLife Bio system administrator. You can also reach us through newlifebio.com/contact-us.

7. Carriers and delivery

Messages are sent through major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a code does not arrive, wait a minute and sign in again, or use another two-step method.

8. Privacy

How we handle your mobile number is described in the Text Message Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed; material changes will be announced to users of the system.
